Marshmallow Chocolate Cake

This is hands down the best boiled icing recipe I have ever made! I rarely leave comments on blogs, but I had to say something about this icing. It is DELICIOUS - easy to make and the perfect fudgy consistency/texture once it cools! The marshmallows under the icing is also a great idea. I used the marshmallows and icing over brownies. It was glorious.

What a delicious idea! I am definitely going to have to give that a try. Ice is worse than the snow. I can't imagine being cooped up for six days. At least that gives you plenty of time to play in the kitchen!
