BANANA CUPCAKES WITH PEANUT BUTTER CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

That was a fun challenge! And a yummy one. Like one of the yummiest possible. 😀 Imagine if they have given you bananas, shrimp and peanut butter or something. 😉

I love that there’s whipped egg whites in here! They seem to do cool things for cakes.

These are gorgeous!! Peanut butter and banana are such a perfect pairing! I am with you, I love cake, but something about miniature form brings out the best.

The challenge sounds fun! It’s always quite the experience to mess around with new ingredients! I particularly enjoyed the drizzle on top of your cupcakes. And, their airiness while maintaining moisture has my mouth watering. Happy FF, and I hope you have a fabulous weekend.

I love the way you have put together all the given ingredients and made something so delicious! The idea of drizzling chocolate over the frosting is brilliant!
