Philly cheese steaks don't have green peppers but we do have mushroom cheese steaks and the steak is minute steak not grilled but cooked in a pan. Hard is explain just come to Philly for a real one. Lol. I'm definitely going to try this with some adjustments. Fry the onions and streak together. Season with pepper (cheese has enough salt) I'm going to use cream cheese, American and provolone cheeses and a table spoon or two of Marie's garlic dressing.
Just made this dip for the super bowl - it's not going last until half time! AMAZING!! I didn't have enough provolone - so I added in mozzarella. It's good with tortilla chips, bagel chips and toasted bagels. Thanks so much for sharing this!!!
