INGREDIENTS

Crust
9 full-sheet graham crackers (or 1 and ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs)
½ stick (4 tablespoons) melted butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Filling
16 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 large eggs
½ cup granulated sugar
2 lemons, juiced and zested
Raspberry Swirl
⅓ cup raspberries
1 tablespoon sugar
