Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
5 tbsp butter, melted, divided
3 package (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
3⁄4 cup white sugar
3 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 squares (1 oz each) semi-sweet chocolate, melted, divided
2 squares (1 oz each) white chocolate, melted
1⁄3 cup strawberries, mashed or pureed and sweetened, to taste
1 tsp shortening, melted
