1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup pecans + more for garnish, if desired
frosting:
2 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 cup softened butter
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 cup powdered sugar
