I made this for one of my coworkers birthday and everyone loved it. It was well worth the time and effort to make it. One person said it was the best cheesecake she ever had. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
Followed this recipe so closely and carefully but when I lifted my cake from the hot water bath water water trickled out of the pan. Just curious if you (or anyone else on here) may have any tips for helping me potentially save my crust! (putting back in the oven?) - otherwise, the cake looks beautiful!!
