Blueberry cheesecake


BERRY CHEESECAKE

base:

  • 120g digestive biscuits,  
  • 50-60g butter melted 


cheese mass:  

  • 500g ground, fat cottage cheese,  
  • 130g sugar,  
  • 1 package (16g) of vanilla sugar,  
  • 3 small eggs,  
  • 1.5 tablespoons of flour, 
  • a spoon of lemon juice,  
  • 170g blueberries (can be frozen)


topping:  

  • 200ml thick sour cream 18%  
  • 1.5 tablespoons of powdered sugar,  
  • a teaspoon of vanilla sugar
