¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup heavy cream or milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 & ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

FOR GANACHE & TOPPING:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup heavy cream
1 cup miniature chocolate chips
