Serves: 1 8-inch springform pan
INGREDIENTS
Crust
18 full Oreo cookies (no need to remove creme)
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Bottom Layer
1 cup milk chocolate chips
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup full-fat vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Top Layer
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup hot water
1 and 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 cups heavy cream, very cold
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup Nutella
