This recipe was excellent! I halved the recipe since I didn't have all of the chocolate chips. I also used milk chocolate chips in place of the white chocolate ones since my family doesn't care for white chocolate. The cookies were firm on the outside, soft and chewy inside. I loved the fact that I didn't have to use brown sugar. I will keep this in my recipe file for a quick cookie recipe.
These cookies tasted great! They are very sweet, but not too sweet. I followed the recipe exactly except I did not use walnuts. I did not find them too cakey like others seemed to find them. I cooked them for 11 minutes and they came out perfect!
