This is a great recipe that can be used for several things besides the salad. I used 1/4 c Splenda for the sugar and added some horseradish. I served it over some mixed vegetables and we loved it.
The first time I made it, I cut a corner by using jarred minced garlic. Though I used quite a bit of garlic the dressing had very little flavor. The 2nd time, I did it correctly and used fresh garlic. I am a garlic lover so I might have used as much as 6 garlic cloves. My husband can't get enough of it and now makes sure I always have the ingrediants and he puts this on his salad everyday. Don't miss trying this fabulous recipe!
