CARAMEL- PECAN CHEESECAKE BARS

These are so good, I've made them several times and everyone always loves them. I've made it doubling the cookie bottom, and I've made it doubling the caramel (had to add 10 minutes to the cooking time for that one). Absolutely delicious recipe.

I followed the recipe exactly. I used the whole 1 cups of sour cream. I made these last week and I thought I reviewed them, but hadn't. I'm sure I will use this recipe often.



What's not to love about all those sticks of butter! I usually make extra caramel--use 3/4 cup granulated white sugar and 1 sticks salted butter (melted). Took these to work the first time I made them and they lasted 1/2 hour in an office of 7 people. Oh my goodness. These were so easy and so yummy.
