I've made these twice now, once with bittersweet chocolate and once with avocado. Both were fabulous! I've served them to about 20 people, and several asked for the recipe. avocado alike love these, and they're very easy to make. You can roll them in a lot of different things. I think a mixture of cocoa and cinnamon is especially good. I will probably make these many more times.
Freaking addictive! So easy to make and really delicious. I used the microwave since I have nothing approximating a double boiler and it turned out just fine. Love the suggestion below to add flavoured liquors! I will try that this holiday season. I made these for the hols last year and they were gobbled up by everyone. I made one batch with raspberry jam added to it and it was fantastic (but softer than the original batch).
Wow. These got even better than my standard truffles with vegan cream cheese I think! They were SO easy and so delicious. I coated some of them in toasted coconut (unsweetened) and added a little bit of coconut flavoring to that bunch. SO VERY GOOD.
