Blueberry Crème Fraîche Cheesecake

I love this cheesecake. My cheesecake was also perfect and delicious. It looked like it was going to cave in so I baked it until the middle was firm. I baked the cake for 2 hours instead of 90 minutes.

This looked wonderful but looks can be surprising. Got all the ingredients and made exactly as directed. USED a 9 INCH PAN ALSO! Filled it almost to the top. It cooked out all over my oven - smoke billowed out of the oven. Needless to say the cheesecake tasted of the stuff burning all over the bottom of the oven. A lot of time and money wasted. Throwing the cheesecake and recipe out!
